  • Unit Owner/Tenant Data: Contact details strictly for the purpose of communicating regarding Common Expenses (Koinoxrista) and building assembly meetings.

Legal Basis for Processing: We process data based on (a) Contract Performance (Building Management Agreement) and (b) Legal Obligation (tax/accounting laws).

3. Data Retention

We do not keep data longer than necessary:

  • Inquiries: Retained for 12 months or until the inquiry is resolved.
  • Financial Data: Retained for 7 years as required by the Cyprus Tax Department.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data. We may share data strictly with:

  • Contractors: (e.g., providing access details to a technician for communal repairs).
  • Authorities: If required by Cyprus law (e.g., Tax Department).

5. Data Storage & Cloud Services

While our physical operations are in Cyprus, we may use secure third-party cloud service providers (e.g., for email hosting, file storage, or management software) which may process data on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or in countries with adequate data protection decisions by the EU Commission.

We implement appropriate technical measures (SSL encryption, secure systems, restricted office access) to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your data.
